We may sign a legal agreement or contract that sets the conditions, rules, and guidelines that clients must adhere to when accessing and using the services of DDS detectives agency. Such an agreement govern the relationship between us and the clients. In every case an agreement need not be signed and verbal communication may also set the terms of use.

The purpose of terms of use is to establish a legal framework that protects the interests of our detective agency, as well as clients. In our terms of use, we emphasize on the following aspects:-

Confidentiality: We strictly follow the clients confidentiality, being well aware about the nature of sensitive information which we share with the clients, we also expect the client to maintain our confidentiality.

Scope of services: In DDS, we clarify the scope of services before beginning the work. Lawful purpose: In DDS detective agency, we only provide investigation services, if the purpose of client is lawful. We decline the work if the purpose of investigations is not legal.

Payment terms: DDS detective agency charges its client in advance and we discuss the payment terms, before beginning the assignment. Non-disclosure agreement: The client may ask to sign on confidentiality clause and may draft a NDA. We also reserve the right to sign on NDA and in some cases, the client may be required to sign NDA.

Legal compliances: DDS is within its rights to decline the work at any stage, if it finds that the work given by client is not within the legal parameters. Professional ethics: Team DDS does not take cases which involves ethics and are against the high moral standards set by our ethics committee. Cases of stalking, illegal snooping, moral policing, breaking marriages, maligning someone’s reputation are not undertaken by team DDS.

Information sharing: In some investigations we provide live updates and in others, we prepare and deliver reports upon completion of investigations.
